The World Bank | Woman, Business and the Law, in partnership with VdA, organized the Webinar under the theme: "Legal reforms for gender equality in Sao Tome and Principe", which took place on Wednesday, February 8, between 15h00 and 16h30.

This event resulted from a work carried out between the World Bank and VdA , namely Virna Neves (Partner of VNA Advogados - Exclusive member of VdA Legal Partners in Sao Tome and Principe) and Marina Costa Cabral (Senior Associate).

The event included interventions by Maria das Neves Ceita Baptista (first Prime Minister of São Tomé between 2022 and 2004) and Célia Posser (lawyer and one of the authors of the Law on Domestic and Family Violence), moderated by Natália Mazoni (World Bank specialist in Women's Rights).

Marina Costa Cabral closed the event.
